This unit introduces principles and practices of IT project management, enabling learners to plan, execute and control IT projects using recognised methodologies and tools.
Aims:
- Provide understanding of project management concepts and processes.
- Develop skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management for IT projects.
- Encourage application of project‑management skills to real or simulated IT initiatives.
