Level-5
Where You Become A Real
IT Professional.
The OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Information Technology is where your training becomes serious, applied, and career-grade. This is the year you stop learning *about* technology and start *doing* technology — the way professionals do it. You will engineer software systems, design and secure databases, plan real IT projects, and configure live networks. And throughout every module, cybersecurity is woven in as a deliberate strand — not as an optional add-on.
Level 5 is 120 credits across six 20-credit modules, just like Level 4. But the depth, the expectations, and the practical output all step up significantly. You will leave this year either ready for serious employment in the IT sector or fully prepared to enter Level 6.
