What You’ll Learn
You will step up from foundational networking into the real work of designing, configuring, maintaining, and securing networks at an organisational scale. You will study network topologies, addressing, routing, VLANs, network services (DHCP, DNS, file and print services), network operating systems and directory services, and basic-to-intermediate network security and troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do
You will work extensively with Cisco Packet Tracer and our lab equipment to design and simulate networks, configure services, and produce full configuration and test reports. You will also build cloud-segmented networks using Microsoft Azure virtual networks and network security groups — bringing your skills into the cloud era.
